It’s simple! Sign up on Lomi, choose the delivery service you want to work with, and rent a verified account. You can start delivering and earning the same day.
Who can rent a rider account with Lomi?
Anyone with no convictions, 2 proof of ID, proof of address within 3 months and a valid DBS check within 3 months.
What delivery platforms are supported by Lomi?
Lomi currently offers accounts for UberEats, Just Eat, Deliveroo, and Stuart. More platforms may be added in the future.

How quickly will the product I order be shipped from your store?

I have a delivery account that isn’t Deliveroo. How does the process work to find a rider?
We will share the rider’s details with the account holder and the account holder’s details with the rider. They will communicate directly. Lomi simply acts as an agent to facilitate the transaction and ensures that both parties have the necessary documents.

Yes, that’s correct. If you have a Deliveroo account, you will be dealing with Lomi, and Lomi will manage the account on behalf of the Deliveroo account holder. For other accounts like UberEats, Just Eat, and Stuart, the account holder and rider deal directly with no further involvement from Lomi.
